Shareholder Jared Braithwaite will present on California’s “Consumer Privacy Act of 2018″ to the Cyberlaw section of the Utah State Bar. The presentation will examine the genesis of the California Consumer Privacy Act and its place among the other U.S. privacy laws, as well as its potential effects on Utah businesses.
