Our growing law firm has immediate opportunities for attorneys with one to four years of experience in electronics, electronic communications, and computer-related areas. Candidates should have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent disciplines. Experience in one or more of the following areas is desired: data communication technologies, semiconductors, analog/digital/RF circuitry, wireless communications, software and programming.
The position offers opportunities for major responsibilities, direct client contact and all phases of patent practice, including patent preparation, prosecution, opinions and USPTO litigation.
