Associate Erynn Embree joined the Irvine office of Maschoff Brennan. Embree previously worked as a summer associate with the firm. Her practice will focus on patent and trademark infringement and breach of contract actions.
Embree received her J.D. from UCLA. She also received her B.S. in developmental and cell biology from the University of California, Irvine. While in law school, Embree gained experience in the prosecution of patent and trademark applications by assisting pro bono clients with filings before the USPTO through UCLA School of Law’s Patent and Trademark clinics. Erynn was also Executive Articles Editor of UCLA’s Journal of Law and Technology and board member of the school’s Intellectual Property Law Association.
