Maschoff Brennan attorney R. Parrish Freeman, along with the Trial and Appellate Rules and Procedures Committee of the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section, drafted comments regarding the Federal Circuit’s proposed changes to its rules of procedure that were announced in December. Comments prepared by Freeman’s committee were adopted by the ABA’s Intellectual Property Section and submitted to the Federal Circuit prior to the January 4 comment deadline.
Freeman serves as the chair of the Trial and Appellate Rules and Procedures Committee. He began serving as chair in September 2015 and will serve for one year.
