Jared J. Braithwaite, an attorney at Maschoff Brennan, was appointed co-chair of the eDiscovery subcommittee for the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section. He will serve in that position for one year.
The eDiscovery sub-committee raises awareness of the critical importance of eDiscovery to modern legal representation. “Unfortunately, a decade after the first eDiscovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, eDiscovery is still treated as something new,” Braithwaite said.
“The ABA and its committees allow me to collaborate with attorneys that are concerned about the quality and advancement of the legal profession,” he said.
