Orange County – Maschoff Brennan, an intellectual property and litigation law firm, welcomed Shareholder Michael I. Katz to its Irvine, Calif. office. Katz will add more than 25 years of litigation experience to the firm.
Katz’ practice focuses on a variety of complex business disputes, including intellectual property, software-related disputes, unfair competition and business disputes of all kinds.
He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and he holds an A.B. from Harvard College. Katz is a Fellow of the Litigation Society of America and he maintains an AV-preeminent rating with Martindale Hubbell. Katz has also been named to U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers in America for intellectual property law. He is listed in Southern California Super Lawyers.
