Intellectual Property law firm Maschoff Brennan welcomed Kent M. Walker to it’s Park City office. Walker will serve as an Of Counsel attorney with the firm and will focus on litigation and prosecution matters in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. He assists clients through all phases of market entry through the Hatch-Waxman and Biosimilar pathways.
Prior to joining Maschoff Brennan, Walker served as the vice president, global IP strategy for Mylan, Inc. He received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law. He also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University School of Pharmacy and a B.A. in biology and sociology from Emory University.
