Maschoff Brennan Client Awarded $9.7M in Patent Infringement Case

Maschoff Brennan recently obtained a substantial and important victory for one of its clients, Lifetime Products, Inc., in a patent infringement action filed against Lifetime’s competitors, Maxchief Investments, Ltd., Shichang Metals Factory, Ltd., and Excellent Tripod Trading Co., Ltd. The matter was heard by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution at the American Arbitration Association. After a three-week arbitration hearing, Maschoff Brennan secured an award for patent infringement in excess of $9,700,000 that was subsequently confirmed in whole by the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
