Members of Maschoff Brennan voted to promote registered patent attorneys Jared Braithwaite, Lance Jensen and Brian Parke to shareholder, effective Jan. 1. The three work in the Salt Lake City office of Maschoff Brennan.
Braithwaite’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes. He received his J.D. from Brigham Young University and his B.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of Utah. He’s been named a Mountain States Super Lawyer and is listed in Utah Business Magazine’s Legal Elite.
Jensen primarily assists clients with United States and foreign patent application preparation and prosecution. He also helps clients develop strategies on how to build and optimize their patent portfolios. Jensen works with a variety of technologies including hardware systems, software systems, telecommunications systems, and mechanical devices. Jensen holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Utah State University.
Parke assists clients with United States and foreign patent application preparation and prosecution. His practice also involves assisting clients with inter-partes review. He focuses on electrical and optical arts, semiconductor devices, software systems and mechanical devices. He received his J.D. from George Mason University and holds a B.S. from Utah State University in electrical engineering.
