PARK CITY, November 17, 2020 – Maschoff Brennan is pleased to introduce Robert Stewart who has joined the firm as the newest member of our litigation practice group.
Rob is joining Maschoff Brennan after serving two years as a judicial law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Anthony W. Ishii in the Eastern District of California. He earned his J.D. from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas where he was on the law review and earned multiple CALI Awards for the highest grade in the class. Rob earned his B.A. in English from Brigham Young University.

Rob, who will call the firm’s Park City office home, says he is “was drawn to Maschoff Brennan because of the firm’s highly regarded litigators,” and also says he is “looking forward to helping his clients successfully navigate their intellectual property and litigation needs.”
Rob will focus his practice on intellectual property and business lawsuits, including those involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, patents, contract breaches, and business torts.
