Intellectual property and complex litigation law firm Maschoff Brennan welcomed attorney Michael J. Thomas to its Salt Lake City office.
Thomas will focus his practice on patent, trademark and trade secret litigation as well as IP enforcement. He received his J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and he also holds a Bachelor of Art in English from BYU.
Before joining Maschoff Brennan Thomas clerked for Chief Justice David Nuffer, U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. He also worked for a Salt Lake City-based law firm.
