Mr. Williams is a complex commercial litigator with a background in banking, finance, creditors rights, real estate, trade secret, misappropriation, copyright, trademark, securities, finance and complex business matters as well as a background in advising clients in general litigation and transactional matters. In such representations, he has handled complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts and creditors rights issues in bankruptcy proceedings. His practice focuses on litigation in business, real estate, commercial, business as well as transactional work in corporate, finance, business, intellectual property, and real estate matters.

Mr. Williams’ litigation experience includes in-depth expertise litigating real estate, title, commercial, trade secret, misappropriation, copyright, trademark, securities, banking, creditor’s rights, real estate, development disputes and multifaceted business matters. This includes advising creditors on strategies relating to debtor bankruptcy filings. Mr. Williams has served as primary general counsel for corporations and financial institutions and has assisted regional and national banks and capital investment and acquisition companies in the handling litigation disputes, foreclosure structuring,  negotiations and general corporate transactions.
